About Us
Our Story
In 2004 Sarah Byxbe traveled to Kenya to spend the summer with the children at Friends of Christ Orphan School. When she came home she left her heart there. She founded hungry4HIM, and has been advocating sponsorship and partnership on behalf of those children ever since then.
Today, hungry4HIM supprts over 100 of those children by providing them two hot meals per day, school supplies each year, and salary support for their teachers. And we believe the best is yet to come!
Our Partners
Benard Ondiek founded Friends of Christ Orphan School (now Benard's Vision School) to provide education and to meet the basic needs of impoverished children in his own back yard.
He and his wife, Pamela, have five biological children and many more who call their house "home."
